Terms & Conditions

1. The student who has enrolled with AAA must work hard regularly. In case, the teachers feel that the student is not working hard or creating indiscipline (including use of slang & foul language, inappropriate gestures towards anybody) within or outside the institute representing AAA, irregular in attendance, assignment submissions & missing the tests, he or she may be expelled from the institute & the parent is liable to complete the payment of the entire year's fee.
2. After enrolling, if a student becomes dis-interested to continue due to any reason whatsoever, the parent is liable to complete the payment of the entire year's fee.
3. Students are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones, tabs to the classrooms. If found, the mobiles will be confiscated & shall be returned back only after the completion of the course.
4. The parent shall clear all dues on or before 1st December of every academic year. The student may be barred from attending classes until the dues are cleared.
5. Enrollment for all State & National Level Entrance Examinations shall happen through AAA. Parents are requested to furnish the correct details as well as make the necessary payment to AAA for the same.
6. The parents can meet/call/email the center coordinator for any enquiry about their ward.
7. Any change of address or phone number must be notified to the center coordinator without delay.
8. It is mandatory for the parents to attend all the Parent Teachers Meeting(PTM). In the event of the parent missing the PTM, the child shall be barred from attending further classes until the parent meets the concerned people.
9. In case of a 2 Year Full Time Program, if the child wishes to discontinue in the 2nd year, parents must notify AAA before the completion of the 1st Year Final Examination.
10. The terms and conditions hold good for a period of 2-Years for the Students enrolling for the JEE, NEET & KVPY Program in Std 11/ 1st PU. In case, the Student wants to discontinue after the first year, the Parent must intimate us before the End of their First Year Final Examination,
11. The Scholarship offered for the First Year is valid only for the period of 1 Year. The Second year fees shall be revised and the Scholarship for the Second Year will be based on the performance of Students in our JEE/NEET/KVPY Tests and the First PU Final Examinations.
